At W Labs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, skincare and cosmetic items must be unopened and unused to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your W Labs account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original boxes and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
After our laboratory team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
